HIGHLIGHTS
The Grand Mesa is ideal for nordic activities.
The local Nordic Association maintains a number of trailheads, with miles of
groomed trails available for every type of nordic activity. Posted maps at every trail intersection make it impossible to get lost. And the Grand Mesa gets lots of snow!
In the Mesa Lakes area, where summer
cabins have been permitted, the
campground and trails around the lakes and
creeks are also kept groomed for winter activities.
DIRECTIONS
From Delta take Colorado 92 east 4 miles to Colorado 65. Turn left, north, and drive past Cedaredge up the mountain to the Grand Mesa.
